Is this happening in one location, or wherever you’re trying to use your new phone and SIM?
You can get a replacement SIM in-store from any branch of Currys, or use the online iD live chat service to ask for a replacement

My best advice is leave ID while your in the cooling off period, It is just issue after issue with them, The service is that rubbish I paid my contract off after 3 months as I could not bear the rubbish service any longer, you will not get the signal or data speeds you was “quoted”

Did you purchase via Currys or via iD Mobile directly?
I saw recently a customer had purchased via Currys Click & Collect but they had not closed down the order correctly so this did not submit the connection.
