Broken sim card

I received my sim and tried to activate today as my other contract expires tomorrow. It looks like the sim is broken as it does not register when I put into my iPhone and looks faulty. Please could a replacement be sent urgently so I am not hit by a monthly bill for my old provider

Take your paperwork into any CURRY’S and ask for new SIM.

A SIM card would be activated upon dispatch, is the iPhone you’re using the iD Mobile SIM card inside an unlocked device?

 

The quickest way to get a replacement SIM card would be to visit your local Currys store and request a free replacement iD Mobile SIM card and then activate it at the following link;
