BUGS ALL OVER THE APP

So the app has been down for 2 days and has automatically cut me off as I cannot go on the app to pay, and now there’s a new update where absolutely nothing works…. HOW DO YOU MAKE A FORMAL COMPLAINT? I HAVE BEEN CUT OFF DUE TO NO FAULT OF MY OWN!
