I have unlimited calls

Yet I called a 0118 903 xxx number and got charged?

Perhaps the iD Mobile billing system has confused the Reading area code 0118 with a 118 telephone directory service. It might be a lot of faff, but you should be due a refund @FDT.

Either that or @FDT missed the zero when dialling and dialled 118903 by mistake. Does the charge on your bill show the number as 0118 903 xxx or 118 903?
