call continuity issue

Hi,

I recently noticed long pause during my phone calls at home, it seems like as if line was dropped but then back online again in few seconds and its reoccurring the same during the call. I have 2 ID mobile phone lines with 2 separate handsets and both have the same issue. please advise how do i resolve this issue. thank you

Hi @Saqib,

Is the issue only occurring when calling certain numbers?

Have you checked the coverage at your address at the link below? If the coverage is poor it may be a slight delay with connecting the line.

Hi Kash,

 

Thank you for getting back to me, no its overall service, even now I dont have even 4g at the moment, only one bar shows on the phone. atleast i can make phone call now 

 I spoke to Id mobile member and they mentioned that there is some work going on at three network which will have an impact. 

so i am gonna wait and see for few more days.
