Calling to Slovakia- problem

Since end of April 2022 when calling my mum in Slovakia, I can hear her, but she can't hear me....had an online chat w ID no help...but received 20 pages of itemised phonecalls in post??!! 

I have no idea who done what...I have enough credit to make international calls as I used to, it is very annoying...and of course I get charged even I don't manage to speak to my mum...those forums are no real help…

We need live help from ID customer services...

It sounds like this issue needs to be investigated by the iD Tech Team.

As iD Mobile’s customer service is online only, the best option is to contact an iD customer agent using their Live Chat service, who’ll be able to help you.

You can also get customer service by privately messaging iD using facebook or Twitter.

If you don’t mind waiting, someone from iD will probably read your post in a few days time.
