calls to landlines not connecting

I'm attempting to make calls to landlines and nothing will connect, including my own home.

Mobiles are connecting no issues having tried several family members. 

Need assistance ASAP

Hello @Scottj,

The iD online community isn’t real-time, so it could be several days before somebody from iD Mobile reads your post.

You might find it quicker to PM iD Mobile via their facebook or twitter social media pages, or try the iD Live Chat service.

It’s best to contact iD Mobile between 9am - 6pm - that way you can PM or chat with a real person.

Tried and says unavailable, chat bot no use either.

Cheers for the heads-up. Only registered here to get some direction. Twitter I go.

Okay @Scottj, I believe iD Mobile handle PM topics on their facebook and twitter social media pages everyday between 9am - 6pm.

You can avoid the 24/7 chat-bot by typing “talk to a person”, after getting connected on live chat.

This was an issue from TalkTalk affecting their landlines which should have been fixed.
