Calls to voicemail failing

I have missed a couple of calls and been notified that I have 2 voicemails. However when I call my voicemail, the call won’t connect and fails. It does the same when I dial 123.

 

How can I access my voicemail?

Have you checked voicemail is turned on for your iD account?

If you sign-in at https://my.idmobile.co.uk, the option is under “My services”.

The community article “Voicemail settings, messages and user guide” might be useful too.

Okay @Lorelie21, if it’s ON as you expect there could be a problem with the voicemail service, which is provided by iD’s network partner three.

The Live Chat service would probably be the quickest way to get this sorted.
