Question

Can I ring European numbers whilst roaming in Europe as part of my monthly allowance

If I'm in Europe, can I call European landlines as part of my (500 minutes a month) monthly contract? Or will it be extra?

Mobile numbers too?

Depends where you are @m155698.

All iD plans include inclusive EU roaming, which lets you roam like at home in 50 countries across the EU, and some beyond. The minutes, texts and data simply come out of your monthly allowances - subject to iD’s fair usage & open data policies.

Roam like at home in the following places:

Band 1 Austria, Azores, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canary Islands, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, French Guiana, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Madeira, Malta, Martinique, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Réunion, Romania, Saint Barthélemy, Saint-Martin, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Vatican City.

Band 2 Azerbaijan, Macedonia, Belarus, Kazakhstan.

Hi @m155698

As @andewhite suggests yes, you’ll be able to use your minutes while in Europe, I’d recommend checking out the International Calling & Roaming page for any further info on this.
