Why won't it let me use my data??

Data usage while in Turkey will cost extra as it is not one of our inclusive zones, I’d recommend checking the following for charges associated;

If the bill cap in your iD Mobile app/website is at £0, you won’t be able to spend anything extra, hence won’t be able to use services.
