Can't create an account.

I can't register for an account because it says my details are wrong. It's my name and DOB, I actually know these things off by heart.

If the details on the account are incorrect, you need to speak to support and have them update their records.

Thanks Paul, I've tried looking for an email contact but I can't find one. Pretty sure I'm just being slow on that part.

You can wait for a reply from a member of the iD Mobile team here but be warned, it might take a few days. It would be quicker to use live chat IMO.
