Question

Can't look up information on my other number connected to my accound


Can anyone help. I have phone 2 numbers in my name with id mobile. The other one belongs to my x partner. He wants me to cancel it but I don't know how to. When I go on the app I can only get information for my primary phone number I use?

With iD Mobile, you can only have one mobile number per account and only the account holder can cancel the account.

It’s not clear from “The other one belongs to my x partner.” whether the account holder is you or your X partner.

You’ll probably need to workout whose the account holder and what’s the username (email address) for the account you want to cancel - good luck.

 

Ahh ok thank you... Maybe that's the problem. The account must be in my x partners name but the payments are coming from my bank. I'm sure tho I got the phone out in my name and I definitely have my own phone with id mobile in my own name for myself
