I ordered 2 sims. One is up and running, I can not register the other. If I put the sim in my phone it says the sim is not supported. I have the PAC code which is about to expire! I don’t seem to have an activation code. Every time I try to set up a new account it reverts to the other one which is my daughter! I have had the sim 3 weeks now and I am tearing my hair out! Please help. I have also messaged through your Facebook page but had no response.

It can take 72-hours for iD staff to respond to posts in this forum
FYI, each time you purchase a new connection (SIM card), iD create an account for this. You can manage the new iD account online if you register - the only issue being you can’t use a username (email address) that has already been used.
In addition, iD Mobile online system won’t accept a PAC if it is close to the PAC expiry date.
