can’t register as id phone number not recognised

Received my new SIM card and email with invoice showing my ID number. But when I try to register on the app, it says the number is not recognised. 
And if I put the sim in my phone, there is no service like it’s not been activated.

That’s odd. Could be a failed connection or an issue with the SIM.

Have you since raised this to resolve it or did you still need support.
