I’ve been with ID mobile just over a month now and don’t seem to be able to send sms. I can receive them, but not reply.
Does anyone know how I can fix this?

It’s possible your account wasn’t activated correctly when you joined iD Mobile.
Get in-touch with iD using the Live Chat service.
Customer service agents are available 9am - 8pm Monday weekdays, or 9am - 6pm weekends and bank holidays.
Type “talk to a person” once connected, for an iD agent and avoid the 24/7 chat-bot.

Is it an iPhone or an Android device?
