Can't send SMS abroad

Hello everyone,

 

I recently moved to iD and am struggling sending SMS abroad. I have turned on Interbnational in my account and have set up a cap of £5.

Still when I send SMS messages, they are not delivered and I receive a text from iD saying texting abroad is chargeable and not included in my allowance.

What more do I need to do?

What happens when you try to call out to a international number?

 

Is the number a premium one or a regular personal number?

 

Does the same happen no matter how high the bill cap is?
