Hi how do I cancel an order for a phone that hasn’t been dispatched yet?

I’m sorry to say you’ll have to wait till the morning then go onto there website and click on the live chat link and wait for someone to respond as that’s the only way you can contact them.
I had a phone and SIMO contract off them myself.
They’ve had the phone back and I was told to throw the sim away and even now I’m still trying to sort it out and I’m now on day 13 I think it maybe even more.
I’m just so glad I’m part of the way from completely getting off this company.

I suggest when they try to deliver it just refuse it and let the courier take it back as I’ve had to pay my own postage to send mine back.
