I would like to cancel my contract. I am within the 14 day cooling off period.
I would also like to keep my original number that I brought over to you from my previous provider.
The signal is absolutely appalling. I don't get 4g or 5g in my house AT ALL. I don't even get regular reception. It's impossible to use.
Can someone please contact me about this before the cooling off period has ended as your customer service & live chat are just as has hard to get hold of as signal.
Very disappointed.
