I placed a future dated cancellation for the 8th December, you have taken a full direct debit from my account and looking at my id billing all my future bills are still active, I received a text confirming cancellation but it hasn’t been actioned

Welcome to the Community!

We would still bill you for your last bill and you would also receive a final bill 24 hours after the disconnection has processed. The final bill payment is due within 14 days of the final bill being generated.

Did you receive confirmation of the disconnection on the 8th?

Once the account is disconnected if any amount is owed back to you from the final bill we can process the credit as a refund.
