my order was cancelled but i still received the contract letter through the post im confused and thought id makes this to see if anyone else has had the same problem

Okay @Connor Waterfield, iD Mobile don’t post contract information to customers - it’s done by email.

You could try the iD telesales team to find out why your order was cancelled - call them during normal office hours on 020 7139 1397.

We do send pre-contract details but this is sent via email provided for the order.

If you cancelled the order, you shouldn’t have received any contact via post so best to get in touch to check.
