If your plan has already been disconnected unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to reactivate it.
If your plan has not disconnected yet and your disconnection date is in the future a good way to cancel that may be to request a PAC code via the app and not use it, the request of a PAC code would cancel any currently active disconnection requests.
