Perhaps you might be able to keep your iD account - I’d recommend using the iD live chat service, and talk to a customer service agent online - the agents work until 8pm on weekdays.

If your plan has already been disconnected unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to reactivate it.
If your plan has not disconnected yet and your disconnection date is in the future a good way to cancel that may be to request a PAC code via the app and not use it, the request of a PAC code would cancel any currently active disconnection requests.
