Cancelling

Hi, I have recently tried to cancel my idmobile but contract which scheduled to end the 5th may 2022. However when looking at the cancellation again it seems the scheduled ending of my contract has gone so I cancelled again and now its due to end on the 26th may. I dont understand this.

Unless you’re moving to another provider using a PAC or STAC from iD Mobile, you’ll normally need to give 30 days notice.

When did you send the 30-day notice to iD?
