I ordered a SIM card 2 weeks ago and it has not arrived. Without the SIM I can’t create a user account etc. so your how to cancel FAQ is not particularly useful. How do I cancel my contract without a SIM card or the ability to create a user account?

Thanks Mohammed, I’ve since been on live chat so I hope everything is sorted. However I did receive a “final bill” which I was told I could view through my account or the app, which of course I can’t do as you can’t set up either without a SIM card so your whole process is very unsatisfactory.
