Hi, I am trying to cancel my sim contract as I don’t use it anymore. I no longer have access to the sim card and I never created an account on the website, therefore cannot access the live chat features and you have 0 customer support on the phone.
I do not want to cancel the direct debit as it will ruin my credit rating. I still have any relevant customer numbers etc from the original contract.
Please can someone help me, thank you.
