Cancelling my disconnection request

Hello, 

A few weeks ago, I made the decision to cancel my rolling month contract. 
although now, i want to cancel that disconnection approval. I’ve been trying to use the live chat app for 2 days but every time I go on there it says that they are experiencing high volume numbers.

Do you still require assistance with cancelling the cancellation request?

 

Should you need quicker assistance in cancelling a disconnection request you may be able to request a PAC code (which cancels any existing disconnection requests) and disregarding the PAC code.
