Hi,

 

I just ordered a new plan from you. However i havent received any update on my process still havent heard anything. But the upfront cost has been taken from my account. I am not happy with this i prefer to cancel the whole order and not to deal with this anymore!! Please contact me inorder to cancel my plan and get the refund as well. Thank you

If you’ve got an iD order number, then try calling the iD telephone sales team on 020 7139 1397, during normal office hours.

Have you tried asking the iD Mobile social media customer service team for assistance?
