Cannot connect to network

Unable to connect to network. When I ring my phone from another number had message “code and number combination invalid” one time then all times after straight to voicemail. Works ok when connected through a local wifi network. Phone showing bars but when I try to make call says not connected to network, but again can do through wifi.

Okay @Gavin Creber, have you checked for network faults in your area, using the online checker at https://www.three.co.uk/support/network_and_coverage/network_support?

Sounds like you’re able to use iD Wi-Fi Calling service while the network is down.
