Cannot Create Account as I have been a customer before

Hi,

A year ago I was an account holder with ID Mobile.  I have now returned and have my sim up and running.  The application or Web will not allow me to create and account for my new sim as I have already used my email address for my old account. 

How can this be solved please?  I dont have another email address (and wont create one just to solve this problem)

You need to use a different email address. If you don’t want to use a different email address, then your options are to use the SIM without any online account access or cancel under the cooling off period and use another network.
