Hi everyone. I have few problems with my Id mobile account.
1st. I can't top up my account because since my old debit card expired,it doesn't let me put the new card details: when I select new card details it bring me on the right page but with an error message,both from mobile or pc and from any browser and even the app.
2nd. I've tried to live chat with an operator since about 3 weeks and there's just no way to get it. Keep saying try later.
