Cannot login to change Direct Debit

I cannot remember my password for my account and when entering the mobile number, name and year of birth, I am repeatedly being told the credentials are wrong and to try again. 

 

I can’t change the password, nor can I reset the account or log in. 

Is there a way a member of staff can reset my password on the account? I’m not sure I’ve ever logged into the ID account website before and picked this mobile up in 2018 for my business.

Do you definitely have an account registered?

It sounds like you may need to register if you haven’t already.

If you still have issues, I would advise trying in an incognito tab on Google Chrome.
