cant access account, cant remember password, keep getting "Something wasn't quite right. Can you enter your details again please?"

I cannot get beyond this page.

I was on the verge of upgrading to an unlimited data sim card, but I cannot enter my account to buy it. Just stuck on this page and can’t reset my password. Very irritating. Tempted to got to a different provider now.
