cant make an account

hi ive tried 10 times to try and make an account . i put my correct email address .. then add a password . date birth etc, and id mobile number , it wont let me make an account , ive tried putting my email address in dob and clicked forgot password and it still says details are incorrect . i only managed to join this community by letting ID have my facebook settings . any help most appreciated .

Are you registering with iD Mobile for the first time, or are you a returning customer trying to re-register @Kirk Adamson

If you’ve registered before, you need to use a different username (email address) when you re-register for your new “My iD Account” online.

You can also talk to iD customer service using Facebook Messenger @Kirk Adamson - they should reply sooner on Facebook. This forum isn’t for live chat with iD support.

no i have a id mobile contract sim . obviously have given them bank account details and also ported a number over from virgin. everything went hunky dory till i tried to go into my account to turn on voicemail and realised i couldnt get in. thank you i will try facebook messanger , many thanks  kirk

Perhaps you’ll be able to turn ON voicemail using the iD automated telephone service, by calling 7777 from you iD SIM, or 0333 003 7777 from another phone.

You should be able to register online using a web browser at https://my.idmobile.co.uk - start from the “Register” tab. 

If you manage to get to step 3, the email address (username) you choose for your iD account online cannot have been used at iD Mobile before.

When you sign-in to the iD community, DO NOT use the “Remember Me” option, otherwise unfortunately when you try and visit the iD website www.idmobile.co.uk, you’ll see this error.
