Cant make outbound calls - Isle of Man

I travelled to the Isle of Man on Monday and received the usual text messages. I can text and use the internet/apps etc and receive incoming calls, but each out bound call I make has an automated voice saying ‘it’s not been possible to connect your call’. I am here with three other people on ID and they can all make outbound calls and call me. Please can you rectify the issue? Thanks

Hey @Jen Gill, sounds like the Roaming feature might be disabled on your account. Either that, or your bill cap is preventing you from making calls.

In either case, I’d recommend contacting the Facebook, Twitter or Live Chat. They’ll then be able to take a look for you.
