cant open my bill on app

I was charged 5 times my usual bill which must be a mistake especially that it's above the cap I specified. When I click to open the PDF bill on the ID mobile app I get  a message saying I need to enable Storage permission but there is no such permission in the app settings I'm presented so I'm stuck. Im very unhappy customer.

Unfortunately @tawfiq, other forum members have posted about this issue with the Android version of the iD app.

The current work-around appears to be using a web browser and login to your iD account online at “my.idmobile.co.uk”.
