I can't set up direct debit again after 2 failed payments.... the pay too set it up just keeps saying loading been like that for 2 wks and can't get in touch with anyone... I'm fumin with this as can't afford for phone Togo off.....

In order to set up the direct debit you’ll first need to clear any payment currently due on the account.
Once there is no outstanding balance simply log in to your iD Mobile app or My Account and do the following:
Go to ‘Billing’. On the ‘Manage my Direct Debit’ panel, click ‘Manage my details’
