I have no outstanding bill and  still can’t use my phone for calls or data

You’ll need someone at iD to look at your iD account @Kerdean.

Unfortunately, the iD agents work until 8pm weekdays.

Sometimes, restarting your handset will fix this - otherwise your SIM could be broken, or damaged, or  there might be a network fault at your location.

Check for faults online at https://www.three.co.uk/support/network_and_coverage/network_support.
