Hi all, apologies for what may be a stupid question but I can’t track down an answer. I received my new sim yesterday and put it into my phone. At the time of signing up, I entered my PAC code and old number for transfer. However, I haven’t received any notification that the transfer will happen and when it might. Is this an automatic process and should I expect it to occur imminently? Many thanks!

You should get a message from your old service provider and your new service provider after using your PAC
The messages should tell you the date for your number transfer, which does not happen immediately. There can be a delay of several hours between your old provider’s SIM becoming inactive, and the number you wanted to keep being active with your iD SIM card.
