Hi, I just received my Sim card today from ID when I ordered my Sim from you guys. I gave you my passcode and asked for the number to be changed over to you today which has been done. But when someone tries to ring me, they cannot, it says welcome to the O2 messaging service which was my old Sim card

Also, because my number has been swapped over when I try logging into the app, it sends a passcode to my old number which I cannot get to now so I cannot register into my ID app

Sounds like your switch hasn’t started yet, @soniahussain.

iD Mobile say switching happens between 8am and 10pm on the date you specified, nor does it happen immediately. There could be several hours between your old SIM becoming inactive, and the number you wanted to keep working with your iD SIM.

It sounds like your number transfer hasn’t begun or hasn’t completed yet, if the port was due to take place today (19/03) it’ll take from 8am to 10pm.

 

Please let us know how you’re getting on beyond 10pm.
