Changing plan

Hello!

I moved to ID Mobile on April 8th on a SIM-only monthly contract and chose the unlimited data plan. Am I right in thinking that I have to stick with this plan for 2 months until I can change to a different/cheaper one? My current billing period is 9th April to 7th May. When will I be able to request to change contract on the app?

You can change you plan after 30 days.

If your billing started on 09-Apr-2022, you should be able to change from 09-May-2022 onwards.
