My contract ends 27th Feb. I want to change to sim only. Do I have to wait until 27th or can I order it now? I don’t want to pay unnecessarily for another month

Do you mean that your 24-month minimum term, of your iD handset contract, ends on 27th Feb, @Helen A'Court

If you do, then you’ll only be able to change/upgrade your handset contract to SIM only after 27th Feb.

Yes my 24month contract that day. I really want to avoid paying the £60 or at least part of it after that. I want to change to the £9

Okay @Helen A'Court, just make sure to change/update to SIM only on 28th Feb.

Any overpayment is returned to your bank account (assuming you pay by direct debit) in a following billing cycle.

Hi @Helen A'Court

I’d recommend exactly the same as @andewhite above, you’ll be able to upgrade to a SIM only plan on the contracted term expiry date, you might be charged at the previous rate one more time due to the timing of the bill, but it’ll be adjusted the next month, so nothing to worry about, it’ll come back around automatically.
