Hello I've just purchased a new phone contract which is due to be delivered tomorrow however my existing phone number isn't going to be transferred until next week, is there any way I can move this forward?

If you’ve already given the PAC to iD Mobile @Btbt, try the online iD Live Chat customer service team who should be able to assist - the online iD agents work until 8pm on weekdays.

Begin chatting at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat (works via a popup window in your browser). 
Type “talk to a person” to avoid the 24/7 chat-bot.

I tried this but it seems to be an automated AI, I couldn't get very far as I don't have my 4 digit pin yet, is there anything else I can do?

After connecting just type “talk to a person” to avoid the 24/7 chat-bot @Btbt.

Alternatively, reach out privately to iD customer service using Facebook Messenger, or an X (Twitter) DM.
