Were you given a new number?

If so, this sounds like you may not have upgraded, instead ordered a new completely separate plan to the one you already had.

If you’re happy to have a new number, it may be worth looking into closing down your previous plan.
Â
If you want to keep the old number you may need to return the newly ordered plan, as long as you’re within your returns period.
