Charged for contract upgrade but I didn't get the upgrade.

I tried to upgrade a while ago and thought it didn’t work as I didn’t get any confirmation email or anything.

Now I’m being charged for both but only receiving the benefits of the old contract.

Okay @WGM, sounds like you ordered a new plan instead of getting an upgrade.

I’d suggest contacting iD customer service team about your iD accounts through social media, via facebook (using Messenger), or Twitter (by Direct Message - DM) 

Alternatively, try online chat at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat (the iD agents aren’t 24/7, but work until 8pm weekdays) - type “talk to a person” to avoid the bot during support hours.

Someone at iD should be able to explain how you ended up with two active plans.

If you’re being charged for both your old plan and the new plan it seems like @andewhite might be correct in suspecting a new plan has been ordered all together and not an upgrade, we’d recommend getting in contact to cancel the new plan.
