I have been charged £27 as opposed to £16 for my phone bill this month. Can this please be explained?

Have you looked through the itemised billing details in your PDF copy of your latest iD Mobile bill @Emily Adamson?

Any out-of-plan charges will appear there, assuming your iD account doesn’t have a £0 bill cap.
