Recently I’ve been unable to make charity donations by text to a number of different charities - a local charity and also Comic Relief. I get a message back from the charity saying “unable to process your text donation”.
i have my cap set high enough to make the donation and I have premium services activated. I can use other premium text services (like ITV competitions), it just appears to be charity donations I can’t do.
Anything I need to change on my settings?
