Chat not working and no human contact number

Hi all, your live chat is not working and there is no human contact number. 

 

How on earth do you get anything sorted? This is shameful. Is there a number for me to call where I can actually speak to someone?

Try getting in-touch with iD’s social media customer support team, using Facebook (with Messenger) or on Twitter (by DM). 

The iD Mobile social media customer support team work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).   

As @Geluk says, iD do not provide a telephone support helpline.

Thank you for coming back to me. I have since got in touch with CS and after speaking to them I want to upgrade. My upgrade is due on the 28th of next month. However I would like to make use of an offer you have at the moment. 

 

After talking to customer support it seems that I cannot pay to upgrade early but I can pay to leave and get the phone I am after which does not seem to make sense to me?

Hey @akseone,

We don’t offer early upgrades by paying a fee at this moment in time.

If you cancelled early, just note, the same number can’t be kept via a PAC code from one iD plan to another as this is a new contract.

I hope that clarifies.

You should have upgrade deals unlocked on your eligibility date.
