Hello,

 

I am trying to check out and have filled in all the fields, however I am receiving a message stating that “3 years of billing address history is required.”

 

I have over 3 and half years of UK address history at the address which I have entered but it still won’t allow me to proceed to payment section.

 

Can you review / advise please?

Perhaps try calling the iD telephone sales team for assistance @SarahVictoriax

If the website appears to be having issues I’d recommend the same as @andewhite to call the sales number on 0207 139 1397.
