Choose a new plan.

I am in month 20 or so of a 24 month contract.

 

In “My Account” I am being offered to change my plan and reduce the monthly fee,

Will this extend or reset my current contract?

or
will this only impact untill the end of my curernt contract in 4 months or so, after which I can move onto another contract/upgrade/etc

Welcome to the Community!

Plan changes do not extend the contract and you can still upgrade as usual.

It’s not possible to upgrade to a cheaper plan whilst in contract so we can’t guarantee that the plan change you are seeing will work.
