Complaint about upgrade time scale

Hi,

I want to raise a complaint about a delay with my upgrade order to delivery and having to pay an extra £4.99 to DPD so I can receive it when someone is home! But live chat and access to complaints procedure is not available to me. How do I get in touch with ID mobile? (Someone suggested a phone number before but I ended up talking to car phone warehouse and they could not help!)

There is no telephone helpline for iD Mobile @Naomi Hennessy
All their help & support is online.

You can make a complaint by phone on 0800 049 2402, by leaving a voicemail with:

  • Your full name
  • Your iD mobile number
  • Details of your complaint
  • What you would like us to do to put things right
  • The best number for us to call you back on
  • Please remember to press # at the end of your message

Don’t leave any credit or debit card information in your message.
