Why do I get “conditional call forrwarding active” every time I make a call.

Voice mail is disabled on my account

Can anyone help?

Hello @heywoodg,

Sounds like you’ve turned this function on on your handset by mistake.

What device are you using?

Okay @heywoodg, have a look in the phone settings for your handset.

You could try something like:

  1. From any Home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap Menu > Settings > More settings. 
  3. Tap Call forwarding > Always forward > Turn off.
